BUSINESS BASICS

  • Pickup Location: Shop #14, Suncity Plaza, Bayside, Portmore

  • Delivery:

    • Free delivery within Portmore

    • Delivery to offices and public locations available for an additional fee

  • Contact: 876-567-5821

  • Pickup & Customer Service Location: Same as pickup address above

SHIPPING PRICING

Standard Rates

  • 0.5 lb – 1 lb: $550 JMD

  • 2 lbs: $850 JMD

  • 3 lbs: $1150 JMD

  • 4 lbs: $1450 JMD

  • 5 lbs: $1750 JMD

  • 6 lbs: $2050 JMD

  • 7 lbs: $2350 JMD

  • 8 lbs: $2650 JMD

  • 9 lbs: $2950 JMD

  • 10 lbs: $3250 JMD

Additional Weight

  • After 10 lbs: $300 JMD per additional pound

REWARD / LOYALTY PROGRAM

  • Refer 3 customers

  • Once all 3 customers use the service, you receive:
    👉 $50 JMD OFF your next shipment

EXTRA SERVICES

  • Assisted Purchasing:
    We can purchase items on behalf of customers

    • Full payment for item required upfront

    • Service fee: $100 JMD per transaction

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using services provided by SWIFT BOX EXPRESS, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of our services confirms full acceptance.

2. Scope of Services

SWIFT BOX EXPRESS provides:

  • International shipping (USA to Jamaica)

  • Air freight services

  • Package handling and storage

  • Pickup and delivery services

  • Assisted online purchasing

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Shipping Schedule

Shipments are processed weekly or as communicated.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Customs processing

  • Airline delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

4. Service Areas

  • Free delivery within Portmore

  • Paid delivery to offices, public locations, and areas outside Portmore

5. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer’s risk.

SWIFT BOX EXPRESS assumes limited liability for:

  • Loss

  • Damage

  • Delays

We are not responsible for:

  • Vendor mistakes

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Packages lost before arrival at our facility

  • Third-party courier issues

6. Packaging & Fragile Items

We are not responsible for damage due to poor packaging.

Fragile items (electronics, glass, liquids, etc.) are shipped at the customer’s risk.

7. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal drugs

  • Weapons or ammunition

  • Explosives or hazardous materials

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Perishable food

  • Cash or negotiable instruments

Any prohibited item may be confiscated without refund.

8. Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for:

  • Accurate declarations

  • All customs duties and taxes

We are not liable for customs delays or penalties.

9. Assisted Purchasing Terms

  • Full payment must be made before purchase

  • Service fee applies ($100 JMD)

  • Payments are non-refundable after purchase

We are not responsible for vendor-related issues.

10. Payments

  • All shipments must be paid in full before release

  • Payments are non-refundable once processing begins

11. Claims & Complaints

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving items

  • Must include proof (photos, receipts)

  • WhatsApp messages do not count as official claims

12. Storage & Uncollected Packages

  • Packages must be collected promptly

  • Storage fees may apply after a set period

Uncollected packages may be disposed of or resold to recover costs.

13. Cancellations

  • Must be made before shipment processing

  • Fees may apply

14. Amendments

SWIFT BOX EXPRESS may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the full agreement between SWIFT BOX EXPRESS and its customers.
